Shipping

We deliver within the Netherlands only. Our fulfilment partner Kolibri Logistiek chooses the carrier based on availability. Shipping costs are on us.

Order before 4 p.m. and we ship the same working day. Order after 4 p.m. and your order will be shipped the next working day. You receive a confirmation by email after ordering.

If the carrier delivers to a neighbour, LXR remains responsible until you have received the parcel. If your parcel is damaged or lost, email us at care@lxr4life.com. We will sort it out.

If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we let you know. You can then cancel at no cost.
