Who we are

What data we process and why

Ordering and delivery

Data: name, address, email address, phone number (only if you enter it), your order and payment status. We do not receive your card details, the payment provider processes them.

Purpose: to process, pay, deliver, refund and invoice your order.

Basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligation to keep records.

Customer service and guarantee

Data: your messages by email or WhatsApp and your answers to the guarantee questionnaire that runs through Typeform.

Purpose: to handle your questions, complaints and guarantee requests and to improve our product.

Basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in improving our service. We do not ask about your health. Please do not share that information with us. If you do, we only use it to handle your request and do not store it longer than needed for that.

Newsletter

Data: your email address and your first and last name. If you are a customer: your order history and how you use our website and emails.

Purpose: to inform you about LXR, and to send emails that match your purchase, such as a reminder when you leave something in your basket or tips for your ritual after ordering.

Basis: your consent. As a customer, we may also email you about similar LXR products based on our legitimate interest, unless you opted out at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Reviews

Data: your name, email address, rating and text.

Purpose: to ask you via Klaviyo for a review after your purchase and to display reviews. We use Judge.me for these review requests and to display reviews. We publish your first name and the first letter of your last name. We only publish reviews from verified customers, both positive and negative, and do not alter them.

Basis: our legitimate interest. You can object at any time.

Website and cookies

Data: IP address, device, pages visited and what you place in your basket.

Purpose: necessary cookies make the website and checkout work (Shopify). Only with your consent do we use cookies to measure visits (Google Analytics), tailor our emails (Klaviyo) and show relevant ads (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).

Basis: legitimate interest for necessary cookies, consent for all others. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page.

Who we share data with

Only with parties we need, with agreements about your data:

• Shopify for the webshop and checkout. Shopify also processes some data for its own purposes, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
• Payment providers: Shopify Payments, Klarna and PayPal. Klarna and PayPal also process data for their own purposes, such as fraud prevention and credit checks, under their own privacy policies.
• Kolibri Logistiek B.V. for storage and shipping, and the carrier they select for delivery.
• Klaviyo for email, Judge.me for reviews, WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) for contact.
• Google and TikTok for website statistics and advertising, only with your consent.
• Monday.com for our forms, including the guarantee questionnaire.
• Moneybird for our administration.
• Authorities, if the law requires us to.

We do not sell your data.

Outside the EU

Some parties, such as Google, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok and Judge.me, may also process data outside the EU. They do so on the basis of an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

• Order and invoice data: 7 years (legal retention obligation).
• Customer service: 24 months after handling.
• Waitlist and newsletter: until you unsubscribe, or after 24 months without interaction.
• Forms in Monday.com: 24 months, after that only anonymised.
• Guarantee questionnaire in Typeform: 12 months, after that only anonymised.
• WhatsApp and Instagram messages: 24 months after handling, in line with customer service.
• Reviews: for as long as they are on the site.
• Cookies: no longer than 13 months.

Instagram and WhatsApp

For our Instagram page (@lxr.liquid.balance) we are jointly responsible with Meta for the visitor statistics (Insights). Meta processes data under its own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp only to reply to your messages.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. You can object and withdraw your consent. Email care@lxr4life.com, we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Age

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this privacy statement. The latest version is always on this page. Last updated: 25 September 2026.
